We are looking for an Office Assistant to our global real estate firm. Requirements; – Mastering office management procedures, – To have knowledge of basic computer and Office programs, – To be able to report, – To have a smooth diction, – Knowing RUSSIAN and ENGLISH speaking and written languages very WELL, – Also, knowing Turkish will be a great advantage! – To give importance to appearance, – To ensure time management, – Being able to adapt to the busy work environment. Duties and Responsibilities; – Organizing meetings and appointments, – To manage website advertising and postings. – Making travel arrangements for managers, – Keeping the necessary notes during the meetings, – Providing general office support including mailing, faxing and copy forwarding to management, – To answer phone calls on behalf of the manager, – Keeping track of contact information, – To prepare reports that are planned to be published regularly, – Preparing office documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, notes and e-mails and submitting them to the relevant manager, – Developing and maintaining a filing system, – Directing office visitors, – Providing the supply of office supplies, – Preserving professional and technical knowledge by participating in training workshops.
